Careers at Buselli Solutions

This Isn’t Just a Job. It’s a Trade Worth Being Proud Of.

At Buselli Solutions, we built this team the same way we built the business, by treating people right. We’re a fast-growing home energy company serving Northeast Pennsylvania and surrounding regions of New York, and we’re looking for skilled tradespeople who want steady work, real growth, and a crew that has their back.

Why Build Your Career With Buselli Solutions?

We know that a job is more than a paycheck, which is why we focus on the whole picture. Our employees enjoy competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including:

401(k) matching

Health insurance

Dental insurance

Vision insurance

Paid time off

But more importantly, we foster a culture where you feel supported, respected, and heard.

A Culture Rooted in Growth, Respect, and Trust

We’re a family-owned company that truly invests in the people who make our work possible. At Buselli Solutions, you can expect:

A team-first environment

Where collaboration and communication matter.

A family-first approach.

We believe in not overworking our employees to ensure they have time for family and friends outside of work. We don’t work weekends and don’t work late nights.

Leadership that listens

Your ideas and feedback aren’t just welcomed, they’re valued.

Opportunities to grow

Through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

A sense of purpose

Knowing your work directly impacts the safety, comfort, and energy independence of our customers.

Our mission is simple: to help our team members reach their fullest potential professionally and personally.

What It's Like to Work Here

We don’t do revolving doors. Most of our team has been with us for years, and that’s not by accident. When you join Buselli Solutions, you get a crew that collaborates, leadership that actually listens, and the kind of work environment where your opinion shapes how things get done.

We invest in training and mentorship because we’d rather grow our people than constantly replace them.

This is also a place with purpose. Every system you install, whether it’s solar panels, a whole-home generator, or an HVAC unit, directly improves someone’s life in our community. That’s not something you find at every job.
